Purple Pencil Real Estate, LLC is a small family real estate investment firm in North Carolina. We focus on creating values for our clients by buying properties in as is condition with a simple process.

We find distressed owners that need to sell fast and get them what they need fast. These properties typically require extensive amount of work to bring them to a livable condition or restore their glory. We assist our buyers to find these deals.

We believe in creating a fair, equitable deal for everyone involved in the entire process. We create social values for our community by bringing more affordable houses to the market.

Meet The Team

Roland Paicely:

Founder of the company with more than 35 years management experience in various industries, including 18 years of real estate investment experience in North Carlina. Roland was also a licensed real estate broker and is rated one of the top investment advisors in North Carlina. He is passionate in real estate investment and never stops learning about this evolving market.

Susan Paicely:

Co-founder of the company with more than 30 years global engineering and business management experience. Her last roles before joining the company include global business development, marketing and acquisition target development. Her roles include, but not limited to, property valuation, contractor and project management, and disposition. She loves working with people with different cultural background, traveling, and arts.

Marketing Assistants:

We are a team of well-trained marketing professionals. We are specialized in generating real estate leads through creative direct marketing.
